Fall in love with Fall
I know, I know. Another autumn post. It seems that the only words I can get to stick on paper all revolve around autumn. Maybe it’s my prevalent exposure right now. Out every window colorful leaves are waving for my attention and causing me to waste my minutes simply staring outside. My last title prediction proved to be true as an evening storm loosened the leaves creating a crunchy autumn carpet blanketing our yard. I feel the impulse to rake up a pile and jump into it. Maybe I will. If not for me, then for my dogs. They go crazy when I mound a pile of leaves and they blast through the pile with such speed.
I hate to keep taunting my readers whose autumns have already fled, or didn’t get to experience much of an autumn in the first place, but autumn has simply overtaken my writing these past few days. Maybe I’ll recover soon.

Winter has officially arrived here! It’s been snowing since morning, and we’re supposed to have 5-8 inches by Monday afternoon. My Dad and I love it, but I daresay my Mom might have a bit of a different opinion.
Noelle, oh wow, snow already? I hope we don’t get snow until next month at least.!
I don’t blame you, the way you love fall!
It actually snowed a while back…just like an inch or so. A couple weeks ago or something.
Lol. I understand your joy, Kaysie
At the other end of the world (sort of…), I’ve been appreciating the beautiful Spring days that have arrived for us in Sydney-town, bringing beautiful blue skies and even more beautiful flowers… It just makes you glad to be alive, doesn’t it?
Kit, yes it does! That’s the thought I have been thinking about today… it is good to be alive.
Wow, that is amazing that in Sydney it is Spring! Amazing…
Dear Miss Kaysie,
I am so inspired by your blog! I enjoy writing also, and your discriptive writing and great topics captivated me! My family and I are also enjoying the unbelievalbe beauty of fall in our hills in AL. It is such a peacful season. I often find myself standing at the window or on one of our porches, just enjoying the view! God is so good!

Jump in a big pile for me please!
My car is parked beneath a tree that has leaved all over it and I love driving off an seeing a cascade of floating leaves through my rearview mirror as they fly off the back of my car.
Nicole, that is so sweet of you to say. That means a lot.
Autumn is inspiring for everyone, I think. God has such an imagination…
Coffeegirl, I did.
And so did my dog.
Where I park my car is located right under a hickory tree that drops nuts, so when I drive away the sound of their rolling always scares me.
Hey Kaysie! Aaah! I just love your blog so much! You put everything I think about fall (and other deeper things!) in the most eloquent way! It can be done! My feelings start making sense! =D
Really and truly, God has given you a wonderful, wonderful gift! And you glorify Him with it!
I love you and miss you TOO much!

Hey Kaysie,
I remember one time I was listening to the O Brother Where Art Thou soundtrack and I heard a kind of clunking noise while I waited to turn at a stoplight. I wondered what one earth was wrong with my car. I finally realized that the song I was listening to was supposed to simulate a chain gang splitting wood or something. Still scared me nearly half to death.
Caroline, you are just too sweet! That really means a lot to me. Yes, writing can be done! If you are trying your hand at it, keep it up, girl!
Coffeegirl, oh my, that is so funny! I have done that same thing before. Maybe soft music should be recommended when you’re driving… nah.
